I’m a travel writer and content creator from New Zealand, currently living in the stunning mountain town of Queenstown. But life didn’t always look like this.

I was once a suit-and-tie professional, stuck in the London office grind. The turning point came during a trip to Croatia, where a simple sunrise on the Adriatic coast made me realize I was built for more than boardrooms and deadlines. So I quit. Sold nearly everything. And booked a one-way flight to freedom.

Since then, I’ve been traveling the world full time — exploring luxury destinations, off-grid escapes, and one-of-a-kind experiences in over 50 countries (and counting).

How It Started

My first real journey was a solo trip across South Africa, where I self-drove the Garden Route, camped under stars in the Kalahari, and learned the art of slow travel. I wasn’t chasing checklists — I was chasing connection.

One of my early travel reels — sipping champagne at sunrise in a private hot air balloon over Cappadocia — unexpectedly went viral. It opened doors to media features, partnerships with luxury brands, and an online community of travelers who craved experiences over things.

The Wild Ride So Far

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to:

• Toast with locals at a remote vineyard in Georgia
• Soar over the Swiss Alps in a paragliding adventure
• Cruise through the fjords of Norway in silence
• Glamp in the Sahara under a million stars
• Dine cliffside in Amalfi, soak in Japanese onsens, and sip mint tea with Bedouins in Wadi Rum
• Get stranded in a sandstorm in Morocco, and rescued by a goat herder!
• Fall in love with slow mornings in Bali, and deeper ones in Bhutan

What I Believe

I believe travel isn’t about how many stamps you collect — it’s about the stories you bring home, the people you meet, and the version of yourself you find along the way.

Luxury doesn’t have to be loud. Sometimes, it’s a sunrise with no one else around. Other times, it’s a remote resort built on sustainability and soul.
